Starting university can be a wonderful and exciting experience, but it can also bring its own unique challenges. It’s natural to feel nervous or overwhelmed about the change, and it can be a while before you feel like you’ve found your feet at university.
Transitions is here to provide a single source that you can reach for when you need helpful tips for navigating university life. This resource is here to help you be successful on campus, focusing on time management, relationships, identity, finances, sexual activity, mental illness, suicide and addictions and more. It also includes tips and strategies for helping students through challenging times and recommendations of where to go to get additional help, if needed.
