Step into Spring
Do you see the days getting brighter?? The Step into Spring Challenge is just around the corner! Pledge to move a distance of your choice between the 1st and 31st March, to help create a future where no student is held back by their mental health.
Who can take part?
The challenge is open to everyone, whether you’re a student, university staff member or other professional. You can sign up as an individual or a group.
All you need to do is:
Sign up and pick a target distance to travel during the month of March. You can pick your own distance or choose one of our suggested distances, designed to suit you - whether you’re an individual looking to get moving more or a team of running pros.
