Our Peer Support ProgrammesAt Student Minds, we believe that it helps to talk. But we also know that it can be hard to get started. We run groups so that students experiencing mental health difficulties have access to a supportive environment in which they can talk about life, university and what they are doing to keep their lives on track. University staff run workshopsWe’ve developed two short workshops with students and experts so that any student can build on the skills needed to support friends, peers or teammates.
