Our Peer Support Programmes

At Student Minds, we believe that it helps to talk. But we also know that it can be hard to get started. We run groups so that students experiencing mental health difficulties have access to a supportive environment in which they can talk about life, university and what they are doing to keep their lives on track.

University staff run workshops

We’ve developed two short workshops with students and experts so that any student can build on the skills needed to support friends, peers or teammates.

Support At Your University and Further

There are a range of support services you can access depending on your needs, some on your campus, such as counselling services and the local GP.
