Research and Publications
Student voice is at the heart of what we do. Through our research and publications, we aim to uplift the student voice and ensure students’ experiences are heard. Our hope is that by conducting research and sharing our findings, we can help to influence positive change which is truly informed by the student voice. Our publications typically fall into one of three categories:
If you have questions about any of our research or publications, please contact [email protected].
- Reports: These are longer pieces, usually focussed on a particular issue or topic. Examples include ‘Supporting Students with Eating Disorders’; ‘Understanding Student Mental Health Inequalities: International Students’; and ‘University Mental Health: Life in a Pandemic’.
- Insight briefings: These are shorter pieces, based on our more general research and insights work.
- Good practice guides: These are written with a focus on improving good practice in the higher education and mental health sectors. They draw on research and insight, but focus on practical guidance for those working with students. Examples include ‘Co-producing mental health initiatives with student volunteers’ and ‘Podcasting about student mental health’.
