The Disabled Students and Mental Health briefing provides an overview of key topics concerning disability and student mental health. Within the briefing we explore various legal and regulatory frameworks, practice, student voice, and academic literature. We hope this will serve as a resource for anybody who wishes to understand the factors shaping disabled students’ mental health and wellbeing in UK higher education; and the provisions in place to address inequities.
