Opportunity: Student Advisory CommitteeWe are recruiting new members for our Student Advisory Committee (SAC). Our SAC advises us on strategic decisions, our programmes, our projects, our policies and to help inform our methods and approaches to engage students in our work.
As a national charity with an ambitious vision for improving student mental health, we know how important it is to have students informing and leading on our work. You are experts by experience and we want to help you use your voice at every level we operate at. |

The roleThis is an opportunity for you to shape the work we do - from advising us on major strategic decisions, to giving feedback on our mental health programmes, to helping us improve our approaches to using student voice across our work.
No experience is required to apply for this role. However, experience giving feedback, an understanding of confidentiality and a passion for student mental health are desirable. |

Time commitmentThe SAC will meet four times over the next year. This will include three online meetings and one in-person meeting in Leeds (subject to the capacity of the volunteers to travel and Student Minds to host). Materials will be sent to members at least a week in advance of meetings so members can prepare and contribute as much as possible. |
